About AIO
History
Alpha Iota Omicron is a fraternity dedicated to providing males the means for success in a changing global society. Established on October 16, 1998, AIO was the vision of a group of motivated young men who came together to begin brainstorming the foundation and ideals of a South Asian fraternity. This resulted in the development of the four fundamental principles of AIO: Brotherhood, Networking, Promoting South Asian Culture, and Community Service. Founded in 1998, Alpha Iota Omicron Fraternity has grown to become a National fraternity with chapters across the Midwest, and is the first South Asian Fraternity in the Midwest.
AIO @ Georgia Institue Of Technology
Alpha Iota Omicron at Georgia Institute of Technology has been a start of a new foundation to a growing brotherhood. A Gamma Colony was established with 11 men becoming the Brothers of AIO at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
